Woodville Families,
We’re excited to welcome all of our Woodville Bears back from vacation week. Whether your family traveled or enjoyed time close to home, we look forward to hearing about your child’s experiences away from school!
It’s hard to believe, but later this week I will be sharing the ‘Class Placement Feedback Questionnaire’ with all families. This is an opportunity to provide input as we begin planning class rosters for the fall of 2026. The questionnaire will be available mid-week, and we kindly ask that it be completed by Monday, May 11th.
Over the past month, we have seen a noticeable increase in bus-related incidents. While occasional issues are expected, the frequency has become a concern, and we need your support in reinforcing safe bus behavior with your child. We understand that many families rely on bus transportation, however, student safety must remain our top priority. Moving forward, students who make unsafe choices may be removed from the bus after appropriate warnings. Please take time to review expectations with your child, as we will also be addressing this with students at school and on each bus again.
Finally, we ask that students do not play in the wooded area behind the school. This space can pose safety risks, including exposure to bees, ticks, and broken glass. We appreciate your partnership in helping us keep all students safe.
Thank you, and we look forward to a great week ahead!
